At Yogassmita Foundation, we are deeply grateful for your generosity and commitment to our cause. Donations enable us to carry out our mission and make a difference. Because donations fund our charitable projects, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we do understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary.
Refund Eligibility
A donation may be refunded if:
- The donation was made in error (e.g., multiple donations made unintentionally).
- There was a processing error by our payment gateway, resulting in an incorrect amount charged.
How to Request a Refund
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the donation date.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact us at yogassmita@gmail.com with your full name, donation amount, donation date, and reason for the refund request.
- Confirmation: After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the outcome within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Donations made to a completed campaign or project are non-refundable.
- Donations made under a recurring donation program are generally non-refundable, though exceptions may be made in case of a clear error.
